IN MICROSOFT WORD 2007 Use EXPRESS ACTIVATION if you are familiar with Microsoft Word.

EXPRESS ACTIVATION In a Word document, right click on a misspelled word, and select "Spelling."
Hit the "Options..." button.
If your computer has Windows 7 or Windows Vista, open "Custom Dictionaries", and browse to the File path "C:\ProgramData\Inductel\KAS\spellers\Word2007", and add the dictionary. Note: the ProgramData folder may be hidden, so you may have to tell Windows to display hidden files and folders. You are now ready to spell check. Return to your document.
If your computer has Windows XP, open "Custom Dictionaries", and browse to the File path "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Inductel\KAS\spellers\Word2007", and add the dictionary. DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS
As shown here, run Microsoft Word and open a document that you wish to spell check.
Click on the Microsoft Office Button:
Click on "Word Options."
Click on "Proofing."
Remove any check mark from the "Suggest from main dictionary only" selection box, and then click on the "Custom Dictionaries..." button.
Windows 7 or Windows Vista: In Custom Dictionaries, click the "Add" button, browse to the file path "C:\ProgramData\Inductel\KAS\spellers\Word2007" and add your new custom dictionary. Note: the ProgramData folder may be hidden, so you may have to tell Windows to display hidden files and folders.
Windows XP: In Custom Dictionaries, click the "Add" button, browse to the file path "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Inductel\KAS\spellers\Word2007" and add your new custom dictionary.
After adding your new custom dictionary, please put a check by each one you wish to have active during your spell check. Verify that your new speller is working. Key in some test words. Medical speller key in: abrachia, Celebrex, and sternocleidomastoid. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.
Legal speller key in: ab initio, judicata, legitimum, respondere. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.
Sci & Tech speller key in: abrachia, Celebrex, and sternocleidomastoid. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.
Combination speller key in: abrachia, Celebrex, and sternocleidomastoid. If your new speller is working it will pass those words as being correctly spelled.
